In my revision of the final draft, I have a lot of things to change and work on since it is kind of long and contains a lot of information. 

First of all, the description of the cuisine should be added. I have tried a lot to make my story detailed, however, the description of the food seemed to be lacked. To tell the truth, I don't really know what to add since it is extremely difficult for me to remember and explain the process of making it. I guess I would call my grandmother and ask her to tell me how to cook. However, one of the biggest problem is that I cannot translate some of the ingredients into English since they are particular in China. 

Second, my closing in the last paragraph should be improved. The closing paragraph should include the conclusion and something connect to my life. 

Third, the structure of the body paragraph should be changed. My body paragraph is a whole story without any conclusion or connection to the thesis statement. Although this may be okay, I should still add something to make the body relate to the thesis and topic.

Last but not least, some weak words must be changed to make the draft more descriptive. It is also a harsh task since we always use normal and usual words to describe the taste and smell of foods. 

All in all, a lot of things should be improved in my draft. Just like what I said in my story, details are really important. REALLY IMPORTANT!
