30-Day challenge

The 30-Day challenge is a TED Talk by Matt Cutts. He has introduced the origin of his idea and the possible choices at first. For him, he tries to ride the bike to work for 30 days, write a novel for 30 days and even doesn't eat sugar for 30 days. Some of those decisions are difficult to insist, however, he always tries his best to achieve his goal. The 30-Day challenge is also a website of programs to keep fit and loose weight. Those various tragedies of keeping fit are packed together for 30 days, and according to the users, they are useful. No matter the TED talk or the website, the most sifnuficant factor of the 30-Day challenge is that people should insist for 30 Days, or it would be meaningless.
