In my opinion, I would like to choose to run 30 minutes everyday for my challenge. I have emphasized the significance of exercising in my previous essay. However, I did not do sports well at all. I decide to play tennis this season which only practice twice a week. Therefore, I plan to do some extra running to keep fit. Coincidently, we start the 30-Day challenge project. So I would like to set my running plan as the challenge program. I hope that this project can supervise and urge me to insist on exercising or I might give up easily. Fighting! For perseverance and fitness!
