In-class writing

I have never predicted that how hard it would be to keep running without rest for 30 minutes until I really tried it myself. It was a lot harder than I've imagined, even for only 5 minutes. Yes, I seperated my running into 6 parts of 5 minutes thus I could either run or walk quickly when I was exhausted. When finishing the third 5 minutes, I desperately wanted to stop. However, my friend who ran with me impelled me and told me to insist. Half running and half walking, 5 more minutes past. The sunshine was bright on Sunnday, which was horrible for a runner. Sweat drop down from my neck and forehead. Some liquid even fell into my eye which hurted me a lot. However, I felt good after the 20-minute's running. The breeze touched my skin and took away my exhaustion. At that second, I enhanced my decision that I should finish this challenge and I believed that I will love to run at the end of this project. Fighting! For perseverance and fitness!
